Product f ( )
The AI-powered Product Operating System. Every capability is an executable function backed by persistent team memory, evidence chains, and human oversight.
decision Combine intelligence and agency across the product stack to make impactful decisions, powered by AI agents and a product’s Knowledge Base.
The Reporting Hub
Design audit and a Bootstrap 5 design system for a white-label Power BI analytics portal. Met a lean team with paying customers where they were, shipping a component library and accessibility standards developers could actually adopt.
decision Met the developers where they were: standardised on Bootstrap 5 and spec’d every custom component into it, instead of pushing a bespoke design system a lean team couldn’t maintain.
“A great UI/UX designer with a strong focus on product improvement. Would recommend him!” · Brian DeLuca
Live Alerts for Food, Transit, Music.
Scaled OnePlus’ partner surface in two phases: Zomato and Blinkit commerce widgets on Shelf (OxygenOS 15), then opening the OxygenOS 16 Live Alerts space and SDK to partners across food delivery, transit and music.
decision Shipped both a compact 2x2 and a stacked swipeable widget rather than one format; order-tracking and quick-reorder are different jobs on the same surface.
“Architected an ecosystem strategy that fundamentally expanded our platform’s value proposition.” · Ramagopala Reddy Palukuru
Petfolk
Replaced Shopify pages and WhatsApp routing with a custom booking platform for a fast-growing pet-grooming brand, purpose-built for multi-format locations (Stores, Pods, Vans) and franchise operations. Built full-stack, solo, with AI.
decision Replaced Shopify pages and WhatsApp routing with a custom booking platform purpose-built for multi-format locations (Stores, Pods, Vans) and franchise operations.
Labh
Founding product and design for a SEBI and AMFI certified investment platform. Owned the 0-to-1 design system, strategy and every screen until the founder could hire a team, using Indian design to make saving feel joyful and trustworthy.
decision Invoked Indian design elements to bring "saving money" closer to the heart, betting on joy and trust over another sterile fintech UI.
Pro Studio Space
SaaS for film pre-production and hiring: production houses post casting and crew calls and run live online auditions, with the talent side free forever to build the supply density that makes the marketplace worth paying for.
decision Made the talent side free forever with a streamlined profile; supply density is what makes a hiring marketplace worth paying for on the production side.
Itihasa Collective
Invite-only platform for filmmakers to share scripts securely and protect IP. Shipped on Bubble with Stripe in two months versus an eight-month custom build, for a community that needed trust now.
decision Built on Bubble (no-code) instead of a custom stack: two months to launch versus an eight-month engineering estimate, for a community that needed trust now.
Food Delivery on AOD
Brought live food-delivery tracking to the Always-on Display with Zomato and Swiggy, India's first AOD food-delivery feature. A glance replaced the unlock for a status users check a dozen times a day, reaching 60% of OnePlus MAU at launch.
decision Put live order status on Always-on-Display instead of richer in-app notifications; a glance beats an unlock for a status users check a dozen times.
“Strong faith in what he believes for making a good product, and conquers difficulties to make things happen.” · Zach Lin
Spotify on OnePlus Shelf
Partnered with Spotify to ship a Made-for-You widget on OnePlus Shelf: real-time playback control without unlocking, designed to serve non-subscribers too. Shipped globally on OxygenOS 12 and became Shelf’s highest-engagement widget at launch, reaching 40% of MAU.
decision Designed the widget to serve non-Spotify users with generic recommendations and a download path, instead of gating it to logged-in users; the widget doubled as acquisition for the partner.
“Architected an ecosystem strategy that fundamentally expanded our platform’s value proposition.” · Ramagopala Reddy Palukuru
OnePlus Shelf
Owned the ground-up redesign of OnePlus Shelf and the strategy that opened it to third-party developers, turning a stock widget surface into OnePlus’ primary partner platform and growing MAU 4x.
decision Rebuilt the card system around resizable, rearrangeable widgets instead of patching fixed layouts; customisation was the top pain in user research.
“He came up with really great ideas for futuristic products.” · Puneet Kumar Gupta
OnePlus Scout
Scaled Scout from a single-region launcher search to a global on-device discovery surface, doubling CTR and reaching 50+ countries and 100M+ users.
decision Bet CTR recovery on rich result templates (e-commerce, streaming previews) rather than ranking tweaks; users choose faster when they can see the content.
“Integral in global product launches, operational growth, and product partnership.” · Crayon Hsieh
Nearby Charging Stations
Turned the phone itself into the discovery layer for OnePlus’ airport charging network: an OS-level proximity feature that notifies users when a Charging Station is nearby and counts the steps to it. A marketing and software collaboration, piloted at 2 airports and 25+ gates.
“Integral in global product launches, operational growth, and product partnership.” · Crayon Hsieh
Imux
Co-founded a natural-language interface to databases (NLiDB): query enterprise data in plain English, no SQL required. Built the B2B product 0-to-1, sold across three verticals, and raised seed funding.
decision Joined the Zeroth AI accelerator and sold across three verticals (InsurTech India, e-commerce Vietnam/Korea) early; direct customer engagement beat building in stealth.
Station91
Co-founded a bite-sized learning platform for founders: 5 to 10 minute, practitioner-led lessons on product, GTM, fundraising and operations. Designed around jobs-to-be-done rather than personas.
decision Framed research as Job Scenarios (jobs-to-be-done) instead of personas; founders hire content to solve this week’s problem, not to match a demographic.
Cabdost
Tax and financial-management platform that helped 50,000 cab drivers file returns and recover taxes. Designed compliance, ITR filing and expense tracking for low digital literacy by borrowing the patterns drivers already used daily.
decision Borrowed the UI patterns drivers already knew from their cab apps instead of inventing a "finance app" language; familiarity beats novelty for low digital literacy.
Swasth Health PWA
Data collection PWA designed for field agents running health camps for low-income communities in Mumbai. Built for variable connectivity, low digital literacy, and fast on-the-ground data capture.
Incola
UX and UI design for an Australian fintech startup offering pay-later security deposits for renters. 7-screen onboarding designed for clarity, trust and compliance, with a 3-state tenant dashboard.
Tymline
Co-designed a social blogging app for creating shareable, chronological timelines, from startup changelogs to personal stories. Iterated through 11 design versions from rough sketches to a shipped product in under 3 months.
decision Shipped in 3 months with 2 co-builders by treating each design iteration as a full usability cycle, not a visual refresh: each version answered a specific question from the previous round.
